North Edge Dental is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. If you thrive in a dynamic environment that combines clinical assistance with front-desk coordination, this role is the perfect opportunity for you to shine in both patient care and office support!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel welcome!
  • Support our amazing dental assistants and hygienists during patient appointments as needed, contributing to a seamless experience!
  • Prepare and disinfect operatories and instruments following clinic protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment!
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care!
  • Assist with billing, insurance submissions, and maintaining patient records!
  • Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and ensure rooms are well-stocked, keeping everything running smoothly!
  • Provide general administrative support to the Practice Manager and clinical team, helping us achieve our goals!
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment where everyone thrives!

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a dental clinic (clinical or front office) is a fantastic asset!
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control procedures preferred to help us maintain our high standards!
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills that shine!
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in our fast-paced setting!
  • A friendly, professional, and dependable team player who brings positivity!
  • Experience with Dentrix or other dental software is a great plus!

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday and alternating Saturdays
