Duties   Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and providing patient comfort
Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist
Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, and taking impressions
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history as necessary
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following infection control protocols
Manage inventory of dental supplies and order current supplies as needed
Qualifications   Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
X-ray certification required
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and dental team members
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Pay  $24.00-$26.00 per hour
