Dental Receptionist Experienced

Position: Dental Receptionist - Mondays ONLY - Experienced
We are looking for a  part-time experienced dental receptionist  to join our west-end clinic, Summit Dental on  Mondays 12:30-8:30pm.

1 year of dental reception experience is preferred for this position and knowledge of Curve Hero is an asset.  Hourly wage will be determined based on level of experience.

Strong ability to learn and apply knowledge to daily tasks

Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Background in Dental Administration and Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Checking patients in for appointments

Billing patients out, sending claims to insurance companies and collecting money from patients

Data captures and chart audits

Assisting with all daily clinic tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and addressing any patient concerns etc.

Ensuring patients are walking in happy and leaving even happier, we want all patients to feel like family

Highly competent with computers

Knowledge of Dental insurances is considered an asset

Knowledge of Curve Hero is considered an asset

All other assigned tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
