As our Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients and working as a Full-time administrator.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Management role
Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, scheduling staff, etc.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - $31/hr- $36/hr
