35 years. With our "patient comes first" philosophy, the team at Westmount Dental Centre provides a complete line of services, treatments and procedures to meet all of patients' dental needs under one roof - specializing in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry.

Schedule:

Rotational

Shifts:

Monday  - staggered start. Adjusted every 6 weeks: 7am-2pm, 11am-7pm, 2pm-9pm

Week 1  - Tuesday to Friday: 2pm-9pm

Saturday : 9am-4pm

Week 2  - Tuesday to Friday: 7am-2pm

Sundays  are optional

We also offer a shift premium of $6.00 if you work from 6pm-9pm and on weekends

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them.

Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.

Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database.

Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.

Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.

About You:

Minimum 1 year of administration experience.

Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset.
