• Manage all insurance claims and direct billing

• Provide clear financial communication to patients

• Oversee accounts receivable and collections process

• Process payment transactions and balance daily reports

• Assist with patient check-in and appointment scheduling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal

• Strong computer skills; learning new software is essential

• Previous reception or dental administrative experience preferred

• Proven customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
