Experienced Dental Administrator (minimum 2 years of Dental Administrator experience)

Full-time hours with two evening shifts and three daytime shifts.

As our Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive setting for patients and working as a full‑time administrator.

• Office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene
• Submissions for pre‑determinations
• Scheduling staff
• Training and supervising staff members
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, interacting with patients, staff, and dental providers
• Exemplary customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Management role
• Proficient with all administrator duties including office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for pre‑determinations, scheduling staff, etc.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Wage expectation is based on experience - $31/hr – $36/hr
