Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and provide assistance to patients during visits

• Optimize daily schedules for maximum patient care

• Maintain and manage the patient database accurately

• Handle calls regarding appointment confirmations and changes

• Process referral letters and manage patient records

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in dental administration

• Familiarity with Recall Max and Dentrix is advantageous

• Clinical background with dental software preferred

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
