The Dental Finance Coordinator will collaborate with orthodontic teams to facilitate patient treatment plans, manage contracts, and maintain financial records. Your attention to detail and communication skills will directly influence patient satisfaction and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators for financial processes

• Start and review treatment contracts with patients

• Handle insurance claims and patient queries

• Maintain organized patient financial records

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and follow up on collections
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong English communication skills

• Quick learner with computer software

• Experience in dental or medical reception preferred

• Travel between clinic locations as needed
