As a Treatment Coordinator at Signature Orthodontics, you will be pivotal in creating welcoming experiences for our patients. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, focuses on managing treatment paths and financial planning while ensuring all patients receive top-notch care. You will work closely with both patients and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet new patients and foster a welcoming atmosphere

• Clearly communicate treatment options and care benefits

• Track patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Background in a dental or orthodontic office preferred

• Experience in sales is an advantage
