Mackenzie West Dental is looking for a Certified Dental Assistant Level II who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working alongside an experienced clinical team, and is looking to grow with a modern, patient-focused practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving clinic that is continuing to grow. We are currently hiring for a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time as our patient base continues to expand.

Saturday availability is required.

• Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Certified Dental Assistant Level II, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:

• Assisting the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring operatories are fully stocked and organized
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining IPAC standards
• Taking digital radiographs in accordance with HARP certification
• Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
• Supporting procedures such as restorative dentistry, extractions, implants, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and more
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and charting
• Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture

What You Bring

• Current HARP Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
