Dental Administrator

We are seeking a Dental Administrator to join our Millwoods Dental Choice Team.

Monday - 7am to 3pm

Tuesday & Wednesday - 12noon to 8pm

Thursday
-7am to 3pm

Alternating Saturday 8am-1pm

Experienced Dental Administrator (Minimum 3 year of Dental Administrator experience)

We are a well-established dental practice with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment planning and Invisalign. Our team is dedicated, upbeat, and committed to providing outstanding patient experiences every day.

As our Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients.

• Minimum of 3 year experience in Dental Administration role
• Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, entering insurance payments, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
• Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - ($30/hr- $34/hr) wage based on experience
