Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our vibrant dental team! We are an independently owned, family centered Dental Practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, patient education, and preventive treatments. Your expertise will help promote optimal oral health and create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for.

Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to prevent oral disease.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans to improve their dental health outcomes.
Take dental radiographs while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and provide supportive care under the supervision of the dentist.
Manage patient records accurately using dental practice management software (Open Dental).
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Maintain a clean, sterile environment following all infection control protocols.
Requirements Valid Alberta Provincial licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Proven experience in a dental office setting, with knowledge of general dentistry procedures.
Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, and dental assisting is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving our multicultural patients.
Strong understanding of dental terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health care.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55.00-$63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
