We’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is excited to learn and grow in orthodontics.

This is the perfect opportunity for an RDA who wants to gain hands-on experience in an orthodontic office. You'll begin in our Records Technician role
, where you'll learn our systems and patient flow while performing digital scans, X-rays, photographs, and patient records. From there, we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you perform and deliver the full scope of orthodontic dental assisting procedures.

• Take digital scans, orthodontic records, photographs, and X-rays.
• Perform sterilization and instrument reprocessing procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Welcome and support patients throughout their appointments.
• Assist with maintaining an efficient patient flow.

As you progress, we'll train you to:

• Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures.
• Perform the full scope of orthodontic dental assisting procedures.
• Educate patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene.
• Work collaboratively with our orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in good standing with or without ortho module certification
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
