This architectural firm is looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to enhance their team. You will be involved in producing construction documentation, supporting consultant coordination, and ensuring technical quality in projects.
Your role is crucial for impactful community and civic design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate Design Development documentation
• Create architectural drawings and models using Revit
• Coordinate documentation with external consultants
• Assist in permit submissions and code analysis
• Participate in quality control and team collaboration
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant degree
• At least 3 years of experience in an architectural environment
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM processes
• Familiarity with building codes and construction systems
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
