Position: Architectural Technologist With Cad Skills

Join our team as an Architectural Technologist, leveraging CAD tools to produce high-quality designs and drawings. Your talents in creating presentation graphics and overseeing projects will be essential. This role requires a dedicated Architectural Technologist proficient in CAD to manage a variety of tasks, such as drafting 2D drawings and 3D models.

You will also supervise construction projects and assist in managing a team. Understanding technical documents and effective communication will be integral to your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software
Assist in supervising construction and technical staff
Analyze technical documentation and reports thoroughly
Monitor work progress and ensure quality control
Prepare graphics for presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

Relevant CADD Course completion preferred
Proficient in design software including Sketch Up and V‑Ray
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
