Our esteemed client seeks a detail-driven Architectural Technologist who excels in producing thorough architectural documentation and documentation coordination. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor of Architecture, along with three or more years of experience in the field. This role emphasizes collaboration with senior team members and project architects to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate detailed Design Development documents
• Generate accurate architectural drawings using Revit software
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams on documentation
• Assist in code analysis and delivery of permit packages
• Engage in project quality control and drawing reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural setting
• Proficient in Revit and building information modeling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in Canada
• Willingness to relocate to the Okanagan region
