Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this position requires an organized professional with experience in the residential construction industry. You will create designs and technical drawings that adhere to building codes, manage modification requests, and prepare documentation packages. Your ability to articulate clearly and listen actively will be key to collaborating with team members and supporting business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with architectural and structural building codes

• Review and modify existing plans per purchaser requests

• Produce drawing sets and maintain model plan library

• Gather zoning information to create site plans

• Prepare drawings for engineering and building approval

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field

• Minimum 1 year drafting and design experience

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Criminal record check verification required
