In this senior individual-contributor role, you will report to the Head of Design. Focus on designing the agentic AI experience while elevating craft standards across the Retail design teams. Engage directly with product and engineering to deliver impactful design strategies that define future merchant interactions within the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define new interaction patterns for agentic AI
• Lead end-to-end design for the AI experience
• Elevate design standards across product areas
• Prototype innovative merchant experiences
• Influence design thinking for mobile strategy
Requirements:
• 12+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and visual design
• Experience leading large initiatives without authority
• Fluency with AI tools in design workflows
• Strong technical understanding for engineering collaboration
