Position: Brookfield Residential Design Lead Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design team and ensuring that production schedules are met efficiently. Analyzing trends in the homebuilding industry, you'll refine product offerings and uphold compliance with building codes. Your leadership will be integral in managing design projects and fostering collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production milestones are achieved on time

• Supervise the daily operations of the design team

• Request plot plans and ensure their accuracy

• Manage the setup of CAD/REVIT job files

• Mentor and train team members on design protocols

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry

• Supervisory experience of 1-3 years is preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT software

• Strong communication and organizational skills
