At Anthem, contribute as an Architectural Production Designer with five or more years in the residential construction industry. Leverage your proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office to develop new home models and maintain production files. Engage with construction teams and external contractors while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Anthem’s production files and model lines
• Design new home models from concept to drawings
• Collaborate with Construction on engineering efficiencies
• Create detailed blackline drawings and floor plans
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and bylaws
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Architectural Technologies or Civil Engineering
• Minimum five years in residential construction
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD applications
• Experience with budget controls on projects
