Become a pivotal Senior Landscape Architect, shaping communities through design excellence. Lead impactful projects while mentoring the next generation of landscape professionals.
As a senior member of the team, you will manage landscape architecture projects from concept design to execution.
Your role will involve fostering connections with clients and stakeholders to enhance community engagement. You'll help secure new work through proposal development and collaborate with diverse teams throughout Western Canada to deliver innovative, environmentally responsible designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead landscape architecture and urban design initiatives
• Mentor and guide early-career professionals
• Foster strong community and client relationships
• Prepare and lead proposal efforts for new projects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for project success
Requirements:
• 15+ years in landscape architecture
• Being a Full Member of AALA or equivalent association
• Strong background in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CAD and design software
