As part of Stantec’s Buildings team, you will take on the role of Senior Architect concentrating on Civic and Justice projects in Alberta. The successful candidate will have rich experience in shaping public safety environments, incorporating operational resilience and community service aspects in design. Collaborate with a dedicated team and clients to bring forth innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from planning to completion

• Transform multifaceted needs into cohesive architectural designs

• Work on managing schedule, quality, risk, and design vision

• Integrate design teams using established quality and BIM standards

• Conduct client interactions and public presentations

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture with 12+ years experience

• Proven success in justice and civic architecture

• Requirement for Alberta Architect registration or reciprocal license

• Proficiency in architectural software applications

• Strong presentation and mentoring skills
