This in-office position supports the construction success of a respected Canadian design-builder. As an Architectural Technician, you will leverage your skills in CAD and Revit to develop architectural designs and preparation of regulatory documents. Your attention to detail will contribute to both drafting and site inspection tasks, ensuring compliance with design standards and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and organize building technical information
• Develop architectural design and permit documents
• Prepare applications for regulatory approvals
• Complete conceptual designs using CAD and Revit
• Visit sites for inspections and compliance verification
Requirements:
• Two to three-year diploma in Architectural Technology
• 2 to 5 years of construction industry experience
• 3+ years using Revit and AutoCAD
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
