Seeking full‑time BE/BC OBGYNs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNS and CNMs in Beaumont, TX. Roles available:
- OBGYN Director‑level
- OBGYN Physician
- Laborist/OB Hospitalist
Work in a collaborative care model with Physicians, Midwives, dietitians, wellness coaches, and holistic care, allowing providers to work at the top of their skills. The clinic model requires at least 1 FTE OBGYN at a director level, 3.5 Laborists, and 4 CNMs.
Schedule and Workload- OBGYN – 1:4 call rotation with CNM support (can be doubled up with clinic on weekdays)
- OBGYN – 2.5 days in clinic + 1 surgery day per week
- Laborist role requires 7 call shifts per month in‑house
- Outpatient clinic located on the hospital campus
- Full‑scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care with multiple venues for gynecological surgery

- More days off than a typical practice with manageable call shifts; the OB/GYN team provides back‑up call coverage for CNM hospitalists on a 1:4 schedule with a PRN pool for vacations and extended leaves
