CASA Mental Health is recruiting a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for its innovative service at CASA House. The program provides an immersive treatment environment for teens, engaging their families and focusing on holistic care. You will join a multidisciplinary team, assess patients, and contribute to educational initiatives with the University of Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage adolescent mental health treatments
• Collaborate within a comprehensive treatment team
• Participate in family-centered therapy sessions
• Educate and supervise medical residents
• Drive program initiatives and quality improvements
Requirements:
• Eligibility for certification in Psychiatry
• Preference for pediatric subspecialty certification
• Eligibility for licensure in Alberta
• Comply with screening and background check requirements
• Fulfill the credentialing process successful after interviews
