EW Pratt High School is located in the Town of High Prairie, a community at the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 749 in Big Lakes County. High Prairie is approximately 371 km northwest of Edmonton and 118 km west of Slave Lake.

Students are offered an academic program with an extensive list of options and a wide variety of activities. EW Pratt students come from eight communities in the surrounding region, and staff take pride in building a cohesive community among students.

High Prairie School Division provides many professional development opportunities at both the school and division level. The goal is to support growth and advancement in professional practice.

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Education Degree.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain an Alberta Teaching Certificate or proof of application from Alberta Education.
• TQS or proof of application from the Alberta Teachers Association.
• Successful candidates must produce an original, recent (less than six months old) Criminal Records Check that includes a Vulnerable Sector Check.
