The Department of Management and Organizations in the School of Business invites applications for at least one (1) entry‑level, full‑time, tenure‑track appointment in Organizational Behaviour at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval.
The Department of Management and Organizations has 18 full‑time faculty and offers Human Resources Management and Management majors, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Property Management minors, in addition to Honours Designations in the Bachelor of Commerce.
You will teach a variety of undergraduate organizational behaviour and management courses (e.g., Contemporary Organizational Behaviour Theory, Managing Negotiation, Business Consulting, Business Ethics), pursue academic and/or community‑based scholarship, and work collaboratively to contribute service to the operation of the University.
You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in Organizational Behaviour or a closely related field and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.
You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, and sample of scholarly work.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Department Chair to provide three (3) letters of reference sent directly from referees.
Only selected candidates will be required to submit official transcripts sent directly from the institutions where you completed your degrees.
