The Department of Management and Organizations in the School of Business invites applications for at least one (1) entry‑level, full‑time, tenure‑track appointment in Organizational Behaviour at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval. The Department has 18 full‑time faculty and offers Human Resources Management, Management majors, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Property Management minors, and Honours Designations in Bachelor of Commerce.
Responsibilities Teach a variety of undergraduate organizational behaviour and management courses (e.g., Contemporary Organizational Behaviour Theory, Managing Negotiation, Business Consulting, Business Ethics).
Pursue an academic and/or community‑based scholarship program.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute service to the operation of the University.
Qualifications Have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in Organizational Behaviour or a closely related field.
Demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.
Must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, and a sample of scholarly work.
