Position: Course Lecturer – POLI 243-001 – Summer 2026
Location: Spruce Grove

Overview

Department of Political Science, Faculty of Arts, McGill University invites applications for a Summer 2026 Course Lecturer position to teach POLI 243-001 International Politics of Economic Relations (3 Credits - CAP 65).

Responsibilities
  • Teach POLI 243-001 International Politics of Economic Relations (3 Credits - CAP 65) as scheduled:
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:05 am to 12:25 pm, June 8, 2026 – July 9, 2026.

    TBA.
  • Prepare and deliver course material, including a brief course outline if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Completed PhD or enrolled in a doctoral program in Political Science or a related discipline.
  • Evidence of effective teaching ability from prior teaching of a similar course.
  • Specialization closely aligned with the course.
  • Experience as a teaching assistant is an asset.
