WLP Academy is looking for an experienced Xero Accounting and Finance Trainer. This position focuses on providing high-quality training while safeguarding assessment integrity. Candidates will engage with learners of all backgrounds through tailored training approaches and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate manual and digital assessments for learners
Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats
Uphold assessment integrity per WSQ and internal guidelines
Maintain current training materials relevant to the industry
Support and engage learners with constructive feedback
Requirements ACLP or ACTA certification necessary
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years practical accounting experience
Expertise with Xero accounting software
Teaching or training experience is an asset
