WLP Academy is looking for an experienced Xero Accounting and Finance Trainer. This position focuses on providing high-quality training while safeguarding assessment integrity. Candidates will engage with learners of all backgrounds through tailored training approaches and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate manual and digital assessments for learners
- Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats
- Uphold assessment integrity per WSQ and internal guidelines
- Maintain current training materials relevant to the industry
- Support and engage learners with constructive feedback
- ACLP or ACTA certification necessary
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years practical accounting experience
- Expertise with Xero accounting software
- Teaching or training experience is an asset
