Drive initiatives at the Early Childhood Program in Mikisiw Awasis, La Ronge, SK. This full-time position focuses on staff management, safety, and children’s developmental needs.
As the Early Childhood Program Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to support children in their learning journeys. Key tasks include supervising staff, verifying attendance, and ensuring compliance with educational policies. You will also contribute to program planning while maintaining accurate client records and data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Early Childhood Program staff and activities
• Review staff timesheets for accuracy
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities
• Assist in creating monthly and yearly program plans
• Maintain confidential client files and statistics
Requirements:
• Must hold a Level 3 Early Childhood Education Diploma
• At least 2 years of management experience in educational settings
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications beneficial
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s licence and clear background checks
