• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and SMEs to conduct learning and performance needs analyses, define objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Lead instructional design projects from intake and analysis through design, development, evaluation, and handover, ensuring practical, scalable solutions aligned to business needs.
• Recommend suitable learning strategies and delivery methods—such as instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning, blended, job aids, and performance support—based on the target audience, context, and objectives.
• Plan, design, and develop high‑quality learning solutions that support both business and professional development in English and French.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create engaging, learner‑centred experiences.
• Design learning assessments and evaluation approaches to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines to facilitate effective coordination of resources and delivery milestones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning & development practices by sharing lessons learned, templates, and best practices.

• Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, or other authoring tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning project management practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end learning projects, including stakeholder consultation and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience designing and developing technical or complex learning content.
• Experience using digital adoption or in‑application learning tools (e.g., Whatfix or similar) to embed guidance, job aids, and performance support directly within business systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and work effectively with SMEs.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $63,000.00 to $98,475.00 annually. Actual salary offered will vary based on skills and experience.
