Part-Time Test Administrator

As a Test Administrator at Pearson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring secure exam delivery and providing top-notch service to candidates. With your customer service experience, you'll check in candidates, proctor exams, and troubleshoot technical issues. A clean and organized testing area is essential, and you will also maintain sanitization standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with testing procedures and maintain company policies
• Check in candidates and verify their identification
• Proctor exams, ensuring a secure testing environment
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize testing equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Preferred experience in proctoring exams
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
