Sturgeon Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant 3 to engage with students in Pre-K to Grade
4. This role requires providing individualized educational support, behavioral management, and assistance with daily routines. Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies tailored to help students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students

• Implement individualized education plans and behavior supports

• Assist with daily routines and personal care as necessary

• Support inclusive learning environments for enhanced engagement

• Collaborate with teaching teams and staff for student success

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant or Early Childhood Diploma/Certificate

• Minimum of two years' experience with complex needs students

• Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavior management

• Current First Aid, CPR, and TCIS certifications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
