This position rew’s School is a probationary role for the  school year, with responsibilities including one-on-one and small group support. Successful candidates will aid students with various challenges, provide academic assistance, and engage with English Language Learners. The role also entails working with students needing help with their health and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in supporting classroom instruction

• Work closely with students with learning and behavioral challenges

• Provide tutorial help and individualized learning support

• Support English Language Learners in their studies

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on the job

Requirements:

• Teacher Assistant Diploma or equivalent education preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow lesson plans

• Experience with individualized programs and technology

• Criminal Record Check and Intervention Check required

• Professional demeanor in all student interactions
