This part-time, permanent role engages you in developing and implementing interactive workshops that enhance life skills and employment readiness. You will adapt your instructional methods to meet various learning needs while fostering positive participant engagement. Collaboration and administrative support are essential elements in ensuring effective workshop delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead competency-based workshops for life skills development
• Encourage active participation and build client confidence
• Collaborate on materials, scheduling, and service consistency
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and reporting accurately
• Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person workshops
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services, instruction, or facilitation
• Minimum two years experience in group facilitation
• Acquire Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training upon hire
• Must pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Excellent organizational and relationship skills
