Position: Health Care Aide Instructional Assistant Role

This temporary role at Nor Quest College involves lab instruction, requiring travel between Edmonton and Wetaskiwin campuses. As an Instructional Assistant, you will setup lab spaces, supervise students, and facilitate effective learning experiences. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate lab instruction for students in Nursing programs

• Prepare materials and equipment prior to lab courses

• Supervise and assess student performance effectively

• Develop relationships with students and staff

• Organize and manage lab supplies and resources

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse designation necessary

• 3+ years nursing or education experience needed

• Valid CLPNA registration without restrictions

• Current certifications in relevant health protocols

• Teaching experience advantageous
