Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert flight instruction tailored to students' needs
• Deliver ground school classes and simulator sessions
• Develop and refine instructional materials and manuals
• Contribute to safety and quality assurance initiatives
• Engage in program enhancement activities
Requirements:
• Current Canadian Flight Instructor Rating and Medical
• Group 1 Instrument Rating an essential requirement
• Aviation Diploma or Degree is preferred
• Leadership and program development experience needed
• Background in aviation training is beneficial
