Northland School Division seeks Substitute Teachers for the  school year in the Peavine Métis Settlement. The ideal candidates will perform short and long-range planning, provide timely feedback to students and parents, and engage the community. Your commitment to differentiated instruction will help meet diverse learning needs and promote school-parent involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow prescribed programs of study for various subjects

• Plan and execute daily lessons effectively

• Provide feedback to students and parents promptly

• Support the revitalization of Cree language and culture

• Foster community and parental engagement in school activities

Requirements:

• Hold or qualify for Alberta teaching certification

• Bachelor's degree in Education (BEd.) required

• Experience teaching in rural or Indigenous communities
