This position is ideal for experienced music instructors who can deliver quality drum lessons. As an independent contractor, you will need a music degree, Grade 8 RCM certification, or professional equivalency.

Your role will encompass the development of lessons that resonate with students of varying ages in private and group formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct drum lessons during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

• Create tailored lesson plans that follow standard teaching methods

• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching accordingly

• Engage with students to foster a love of music

• Coordinate with other instructors in the Learning Centre

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in music from an accredited institution

• Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Experience teaching students of all ages

• Knowledge of effective teaching methods and lesson curriculum

• Professional equivalency accepted
