Islamic School Vice Principal

Position: Islamic School Vice Principal Role
Drive the mission of MAC’s Islamic Schools as the Vice Principal, overseeing educational operations and upholding Islamic values. Your leadership will enhance both academic programs and school culture.

In this full-time Vice Principal position, you will directly report to the Principal while managing various aspects of school operations. Your primary focus will be on instructional leadership, student supervision, and administrative duties, ensuring an engaging learning environment for all students. Collaboration with staff, parents, and the School Board is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the instructional philosophy

• Supervise discipline and attendance protocols

• Encourage professional growth among teachers

• Assist with budget administration and compliance

• Organize and oversee extra-curricular activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Education

• Minimum three years of successful Ontario teaching experience

• Five years of teaching experience is preferred

• Islamic school teaching experience is a plus

• Administrative knowledge in Islamic settings
