Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging learning activities effectively

• Participate in course and program assessments

• Evaluate student performance with appropriate tools

• Create a safe and conducive learning climate

• Provide support and mentorship to enhance student retention

Requirements:

• Alberta Journeyman ticket in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience required

• Teaching experience preferred

• Proficient interpersonal skills and computer knowledge

• High School Diploma
