Located at Ecole Meridian Heights School in Stony Plain, Alberta, this part-time teaching position focuses on providing tailored educational programs for students with complex learning needs. You will actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote effective literacy and numeracy strategies while engaging other early years students. Your approach will emphasize meaningful relationships and resilience in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized educational plans based on student needs

• Work alongside specialists to enhance learning experiences

• Utilize a range of teaching methods to support engagement

• Offer proactive behavioral support for social interactions

• Review and document student development regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education with a Special Education focus

• Certification in Alberta to teach
