Location: St. Albert
Help spark a love for reading as a volunteer in the TD Summer Reading Club at the Nation Public Library this summer. This is an engaging opportunity for book enthusiasts working with youth.
Join the Nation Public Library to support exciting summer activities at branches like St-Isidore, St-Albert, and Limoges. This role is especially suited for high school students looking to complete their community involvement requirements. Collaborate with library staff and encourage children’s participation in reading through organized events and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with programming for children’s reading activities
• Help organize library events and activities
• Support library staff during summer events
• Interact positively with children and youth
• Prepare materials and setups for programs
Requirements:
• Must be aged 16 or older
• Complete a valid police record check offered at no cost
