Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing nursing staff education programs
• Monitor health care aides for compliance with care standards
• Coordinate in-service training sessions for nursing topics
• Ensure staff certifications and competencies are up to date
• Support communication with residents and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing Education from an accredited program
• Current RN registration in Alberta
• 1+ years experience in Assisted Living or Long Term Care
• Clinical education development experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
