We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating setting for young children. • Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
• Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Support social-emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support individual learning goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and team members
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and transitions between activities
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities

• Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Certification or training in early childhood education is desirable but not mandatory
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in child development and learning
• Ability to pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements
