The Work-Integrated Learning Specialist is a crucial role within the Office of Work-Integrated Learning at Mac Ewan University, supporting students by facilitating hands-on opportunities that connect education and real-world application. You'll collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to foster effective work-integrated learning experiences and guide program development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison for faculty and industry partners

• Advise on credit-bearing experiential learning programs

• Support logistics and curriculum development for WIL

• Create and update training materials for various stakeholders

• Participate in communication initiatives to promote services

Requirements:

• Degree in education or related field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in learning coordination

• Familiarity with WIL management platforms like Symplicity

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
