The Parkland School Division (PSD) is looking for Independent Contractors skilled in psychological assessment to join its resource list.

Your role will include administering thorough psycho-educational assessments and delivering invaluable insights to both families and schools. Additionally, you will create in-services tailored for staff and students, fostering a deeper understanding of student needs across various areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments with comprehensive family/school debriefs

• Provide expert consultation services to educators and families

• Develop and present in-service training on psychological topics

• Ensure quality and thoroughness in assessment reports

• Tailor interventions for cognitive, social/emotional, and behavioral issues

Requirements:

• Must be registered or eligible with the College of Alberta Psychologists

• Proven experience in psycho-educational assessments

• Ability to provide in-service training effectively

• Expertise in addressing Learning Disabilities, Autism, and more

• Willingness to work flexibly as an Independent Contractor
